1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NavScope platform at navscope.io (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and API consumers. NavScope is operated by NavExM Pty Ltd, an Australian company (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Service Description

NavScope is an independent cryptocurrency data aggregation platform. The Service aggregates real-time price data, trading volume, and market statistics from multiple third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. We also provide AI-generated safety scores and analytical indicators to help users assess market conditions.

NavScope does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, hold user funds, execute trades on behalf of users, or provide custody services of any kind. Any links to third-party exchanges (including but not limited to Binance and Kraken) are provided for convenience only. NavScope may receive compensation for such referral links.

3. No Financial Advice

All content provided by NavScope — including price data, AI safety scores, market summaries, trending lists, and analytical commentary — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

AI-generated safety scores reflect algorithmic analysis of on-chain data and market signals. They are not endorsements, investment ratings, or predictions of future performance. A high safety score does not guarantee the safety or profitability of any investment.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Before making any financial decision, you should consult a licensed financial adviser appropriate to your jurisdiction.

4. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and timely market data, but we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Service. Market data is aggregated from third-party exchanges and is subject to delays, outages, and errors beyond our control.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are volatile and that data displayed may differ from prices available on individual exchanges at any given moment. Do not rely on NavScope data as the sole basis for executing trades.

5. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service (such as watchlists and higher API rate limits) may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive activity.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute NavScope data commercially without a written licence agreement
• Bypass or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or disruptive traffic to our infrastructure
• Misrepresent NavScope data or safety scores as your own proprietary analysis
• Use the Service in connection with any unlawful activity, including market manipulation
• Systematically access the API in a manner that unreasonably burdens our systems

7. API Terms of Use

Access to the NavScope Public API is subject to fair use limits. Free-tier access is limited to 100 requests per minute. Registered users receive a higher limit of 1,000 requests per minute. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary rate-limiting or suspension of API access.

Commercial use of the API (including redistribution of data in a product or service) requires a separate commercial licence. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss commercial licensing options. We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or discontinue API access at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The NavScope name, logo, website design, AI scoring models, and proprietary data aggregation methodology are the intellectual property of NavExM Pty Ltd. Raw market data sourced from exchanges remains the property of the respective exchanges. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from NavScope’s proprietary content without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Affiliated Exchanges

NavScope may display links to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and services. These links may be affiliate links through which NavScope earns a referral commission at no additional cost to you. NavScope does not endorse any exchange, and is not responsible for the availability, security, terms, or practices of any linked third-party service. You access third-party platforms at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NavExM Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Our total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. If you access the Service from outside Australia, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
