Refund Policy

Version 3.0Effective: 28 July 2026Last reviewed: 28 July 2026

Legal entity: N.S. IT SERVICES PTY LTD (ABN 75 122 740 121) — navscope.io

All payments final — services delivered at payment

NavScope delivers services at the moment of payment. Because delivery is immediate, no refund is available. On payment confirmation, NavScope commits and delivers the paid service: data windows expand, alerts activate, publisher slots allocate, API keys issue, editorial content publishes, and staff review effort commences. Because the service is delivered at the moment of payment, no refund is available. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law for major failure or misrepresentation are not affected.

1. No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to NavScope (N.S. IT SERVICES PTY LTD, ABN 75 122 740 121) are non-refundable. On-chain payment confirmation constitutes final acceptance of the service, and NavScope’s delivery obligation is satisfied at the point of activation for the paid tier:

  • for API tiers, on API key issue and first data response
  • for subscription tiers, on tier-flag activation and first extended-window access
  • for editorial and publisher services, on first render, publish, or badge issue
  • for one-time services, on completion of the specified deliverable (staff review, coverage report, verification badge, integration onboarding)

Cancellation of a recurring subscription stops the next billing cycle only; access continues at the paid tier through the scheduled period end date. No pro-rata, partial, or full refund is available on customer request.

Per-tier delivery-moment detail is set out in the applicable tier terms page at navscope.io/legal/terms.

2. When Is My Service Delivered?

NavScope considers service delivered at the moment listed below for each tier. Once delivered, all payments are final.

$39/mo

Extended data window activates instantly on tier flip; pipeline/alert/AI-forensics capacity committed for billing period

API Basic / Pro / Enterprise

$59–$499+/mo

Data pulled = data exposed = product delivered; committed rate-limit capacity

Trust Bundle

$500–$2,500 one-time

Verification effort + report artifact consumed one-shot; badge display starts on issue

Featured Slots

$2,000–$10,000/wk

Exchange MCP (any tier)

$29–custom/mo

Exchange name injected into live AI/MCP responses at affiliation activation; surface-time not un-servable

Token Issuer Featured

$79/mo

Featured slot allocated on staff-verified metadata publish; scarce editorial inventory consumed for billing period

Token Issuer Full

$199/mo

KYC approved + issuer content injection permission granted at payment; editorial trust grant non-reversible

3. Cancellation

Cancellation of a recurring subscription stops the next billing cycle only; access continues at the paid tier through the scheduled period end date. No refund of unused days is provided. See the full Cancellation Policy for self-service cancellation steps.

4. Exception — Duplicate Charge or Fraudulent Transaction

If you believe a payment was made in error (duplicate charge for the same subscription period, or an unauthorised transaction), contact [email protected] within 7 days of the on-chain transaction. Verified duplicate or fraudulent transactions are escalated to a founder-level review; NavScope reserves the right to return funds at its sole discretion for such transactions. This is not a refund policy; it is an anti-fraud mitigation and does not apply to any voluntary customer decision to cancel, downgrade, or discontinue the service.

5. Australian Consumer Law Rights

This clause does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2) that cannot lawfully be excluded, including without limitation the guarantee of acceptable quality and the guarantee that services will be rendered with due care and skill.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have statutory guarantees including that services will be provided with due care and skill (s 60), fit for purpose (s 61), and delivered within reasonable time (s 62).

For major failures under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of NavScope’s contractual policy. Contact NavScope at [email protected] or the ACCC at accc.gov.au.
