Social Media Articles Service Package Agreement
Last updated: June 2026 · Version 1.2
Operated by N.S. IT SERVICES PTY LTD (ABN 75 122 740 121)
This Agreement governs NavScope's Social Media Articles Service Package (SMSP) — the subscription that includes AI-generated social media articles, token coverage, right-of-reply access, and DNS-verified token claim. This Agreement is a Product Schedule that supplements the NavScope Master Terms of Service.
1. What the Package Includes
- AI-generated social media articles about your token published to NavScope's distribution channels
- Token coverage on navscope.io with the Paid Coverage Disclosure badge
- Right-of-reply access for Critical-Question Articles (requires active subscription at time of submission)
- DNS-verified token claim linking your project's domain to your token profile
- Access to the NavScope Token Issuer dashboard
- Client-continuity path — the adversarial Critical-Question prospecting flow is not applied to active subscribers (except where fraud indicators are detected)
2. DNS Verification Requirement
Article production commences only after BOTH: (a) USDT payment is received and attributed, AND (b) DNS verification is successfully completed. The billing period begins on the date of payment, but article production commences only once DNS verification is complete. If DNS verification is not completed within 48 hours of payment, NavScope will contact the Subscriber to confirm the DNS process.
3. Right-of-Reply Protocol
Clause 6.4 — Active Subscription Requirement: The active Package subscription must be in force at the time of response submission (M3), not merely at the time of M2 subscription activation. If the subscription lapses between M2 and M3, right-of-reply access is suspended until the subscription is reinstated.
Clause 6.4B — Published Subscription Status: If the Subscriber has an active Package subscription at the time a Critical-Question Article is generated about their token, the Critical-Question prospecting flow does NOT apply. The article follows the standard client-continuity path. The article is still published with a Paid Coverage Disclosure badge.
Once a right-of-reply response is submitted via the NavScope portal, it cannot be edited. NavScope publishes the response in full (or a clearly-labelled excerpt) under the heading “Team Response” in the article. NavScope retains full editorial control over the article's framing and conclusions.
4. Liability Cap
Notwithstanding clause 8.2.1 of the Master Terms of Service (which sets a 12-month baseline), NavScope's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total USDT fees paid by the Subscriber in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, with a floor of AU$1,000 and a ceiling of AU$50,000. Per clause 2.6 of the Master Terms, this Product Schedule cap prevails over the Master Terms baseline for disputes arising under this Agreement.
5. Subscription Grace Periods
The following grace periods apply when a subscription payment lapses:
- 3-day SMSP grace period: Article production pauses on subscription lapse. A 3-calendar-day SMSP-specific subscription reinstatement grace period applies — if you reinstate within 3 days, article production resumes without interruption.
- 7-day account-level grace period: Beyond the 3-day SMSP window, a further 7-day grace period applies before NavScope terminates the account entirely. These two grace periods are distinct and non-overlapping.
Editorial Independence Reaffirmation
Payment for the Package does NOT purchase positive editorial treatment guaranteed in every article, immunity from Critical-Question Articles (except where the client-continuity path applies and no fraud indicators are triggered), editorial control over article framing or conclusions, or removal or editing of previously-published articles.
