Key Terms to Know
- Fair use policy: API access is for integration into your own products. Reselling raw NavScope data or building a competing price aggregator is not permitted.
- Rate limits: Limits are enforced per minute using a sliding 60-second window — there is no daily cap. Exceeding your per-minute limit returns HTTP 429. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
- Webhooks (Pro): Signed with HMAC-SHA256. Verify the signature header before processing. NavScope is not liable for missed events if your endpoint is unreachable.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Cancel any time. Access continues until end of billing period. All sales are final — no refunds are available. Statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are preserved.
- Data accuracy: Data is aggregated from exchange APIs. NavScope does not guarantee completeness. Always validate critical data with a secondary source.
