How long does integration take?
Free-tier integrations depend on your API compatibility with our supported formats. If your API matches one of the six accepted candle formats, integration can be completed in minutes via configuration. Professional and Enterprise exchanges are integrated by our team on day one of the contract.
What API format do I need?
NavScope supports six candle response formats (Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Gate, and Kraken style). Your exchange must provide a GET endpoint returning 1-minute OHLCV data and a symbols/markets endpoint listing active trading pairs. See our Integration Guide for full details.
What happens after 30/90 days?
After the quality gate exemption period expires, your exchange is evaluated on standard criteria: data accuracy, API availability, response time, and trading volume. Exchanges meeting the quality threshold remain listed with full visibility. Those below the threshold enter a probation period with reduced polling frequency.
Can I upgrade my tier?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Professional or Enterprise at any time. The quality gate exemption begins from the upgrade date. Contact our exchange partnerships team to discuss upgrading.
